Spoiler BBCode.

First of all, Please forgive me if this has already been covered or not, I checked the Resolved suggestions page and it wasn't on there.
A lot of forums have a Spoiler code, which will hide a certain passage until you click on the text (e.g. Spoiler click here).
I think this would be a very handy improvement for the website as it allows compactness and is especially useful for certain things.
First of all, putting images in spoilers prevents it from stretching the page, and that gets very annoying to a lot of users. Users can also post large passages of text in a spoiler so people can read it if they want to, but they don't have to scroll through it all.
I have a topic in inspiration and more where I post tutorials etc about spriting and get the forums to practise their spriting too, as it is a skill that is valued in a program like Scratch.
To show what I mean:

Scroll down to the 2nd post to see an example of what I mean.
The site is completely clean.

Re: Spoiler BBCode.

If you colour the text with "gainsboro" it's that kind of invisible.

Example ---v
Except this doesn't work all the way if it's quoted.

But it still takes up space.

And I am demonstrating its weak point by quoting it.

Yes, but it still takes up the space on the page. If you did that with a lot of text, you'd end up with a large blank space. Also, you can't do that to images.

Re: Spoiler BBCode.

I agree!

Gainsboro does the normal post, yes. But I've never seen anyone mention the color for quoting. I had to take a look, and I found the color: LavenderBlush. I'll show you:

Here it is.

And yes, I agree on everything!

Re: Spoiler BBCode.

It says right here that you can't make a spoiler using BBCode. Also the forum you posted doesn't use PunBB.

Re: Spoiler BBCode.

I guess the closest thing in this case is:

SPOILER
Because here it still is blank space, but it's in a spoiler kind of box. Thanks to Jonathan for finding LavenderBlush.

But yeah, as BWOG said, there's no actual spoiler feature.

So we can just make stuff up.

Oh, nevermind then. It's just that it comes up under bbcode in other forums, so I thought it could be implemented here  smile
