You get two normal items, mix them together and then you get something new.
So far you may find it easy, but the fun of it is, you post the ingredients, but the following poster gets to answer what you get out of it.
Example:
Player 1: You mix a tomato with ham and you get...
Player 2: a pizza. You mix a wire and a metal case and you get...
and so on.
