Yeah. In Iowa it's against the law to set off fireworks, but people still do it.

in one country it is illegal for your dog to bark during the night, but YOU are allowed to bark during the night

in another country (probably a very very silly country) it is illegal for someone to give bones to dogs however you can still get a bone as long as you say that your intent is for YOU to chew on the bone and not your dog
