I'm using 1024x768. Here is a screen shot: http://img252.imageshack.us/img252/3756/tempjx9.png
Another scroll bar bug: Ive found another bug, and when you type the project notes, and you need a scroll bar (it goes beyond 23 lines), a scroll bar doesn't appear. You can only drag by highlighting and dragging the text.
Here are pictures explaining it to my best of ability:

Hi, 11Alex.
From several of your reports--the trouble with downloaded projects and the problem with sprites not appearing--it sounds as though you could have several Scratch folders on your computer and one of the older versions is starting up. You can tell if you are running the beta test version because it has "beta" in orange letters in the Scratch icon. You can tell which version of Scratch you are running but using the "about" command under the "Extra" button.
If you do have several version of Scratch, you start the version you want by going it it's folder and dragging the "Scratch.image" file onto "Scratch.exe" in that folder. But it's less confusing if you have only one Scratch folder.
I'm sorry you had problems opening downloaded projects. I was able to download the two projects you mentioned and open them in Scratch 1.2 beta so it could have been another problem such as the files not completely downloading.
To uninstall Scratch beta you can delete the Scratch folder (first move any of your own projects that you might have saved inside that folder to a safe place). Then download and install the old Scratch 1.1 from the download's page.
Hope that helps!

Hi, relyt12101.
Thank you for the screen shots--they are very helpful! Also thanks for the other bug reports.
Although it did not make it into this release, we are still considering the blocks "wait until I receive <msg>" or "repeat until I receive <msg>" that you, Kevin, and others have suggested. As always, there are tradeoffs between a minimal command set (easy for beginners) and including commands needed by more experienced users. But we did not add too many features in this release because the language translation facilities took a lot of our time.

Of course. Different languages have been discussed a lot more than a new 'When I receive' block.

Because it is in Beta.

Found another bug!
When you right click the scripts area and press 'clean up', scripts could go below the bottom of the screen. Again, a scroll bar is needed.

How do you do screenshots?
If you tell me I'll report everysingle bug.
Hi 11alex,
Near the top right corner of your keyboard, you might see a 'PrtSc' button, which stands for Print Screen. This copies a picture of your screen to the clipboard, and then you can paste it into any image editing program, like Microsoft Paint. From there, you can crop just the section you want to send or upload.
Do you use Mac or Windows?
Those instructions are mainly for Windows.
Here are some instructions for doing it on a Mac.
Let me know if that helps!
And thanks for all of the bug reports!

Tagging should work in version 1.1. If it doesn't then it's a bug. Does it not work in 1.1 for you MyRedNeptune?

That happened to me too. But if you just wait a few seconds a scroll bar appears.

Or you click another sprite and then go back to the one with a needed scroll bar, it appears.

No, it does not. I've tried.

I think that the problem adriangl noticed may be realted to one I noticed---once a script starts playing in 1.2 then editing it has no effect, even pulling the script apart doesn't keep the original, unedited script from running. This is a step backwards from v 1.0, which responded quickly to any changes in the script.

especially sound blocks
