What about if mods could give certain people 60 second rules?

IMO that would lead to a bunch of 'why does this person not have it when I do' dilemmas, but that's just my opinion :L

It's not close to our technical ability to do that.

Is there a way to make this sticky have a bigger title?

Or maybe a super-bold title?

It seems that it needs more attention.

You should. If you don't want to now, you should at least just put a marker by the ones that have been accepted.

Re: READ THIS BEFORE SUGGESTING ANYTHING

I have something to say about private messaging. What if I have a friend on scratch who won't be coming back to my school next year, he lives an hour or more away, and we don't have email , and he doesn't know my address or phone number, yet I know his.  I don't use the phone often, i forget to mail things, and the last time I made myself an email account, Mom told me I wasn't old enough. How do I get my number and address to him? Also there's certain things I can say to him because he's not a stranger. For instance: I'm super extra careful about internet safety. I don't put pictures of me or my relatives online, and I don't use the first names of my relatives. But I can tell him anything about that in private messaging. i understand that scratch is public, but would you think it's very fair to people like me who don't have anyone to talk to over summer break but one person?

The point is that scratch is not meant to be a social networking site, like the way you want to use it...

There are many people who might abuse the system...

Every single other forums has avatars but us. That's stupid. We need to get into reality and up with the date. It's time to put in avatars on the forums.

The Scratch Team would have to upgrade their forums for that. And since it isn't neccessary, what's the point? These forums aren't for chatting or anything; they're for helping other Scratchers out (All About Scratch), suggesting things for Scratch (Suggestions), reporting bugs (Troubleshooting), and more. So what's the point in wasting money for avatars?

Remember that you can always put avatars in your signature. So I must agree with you.

There should be a flash saver or something. You know, a block that saves valuables and game progress rather than just programm saving just for when the game is being made. Something that saves it while it's published.

In Scratch 2.0, Cloud lists and variables will be implemented.  smile
