iPhone/ iPod Touch develoupment.

Dear Scratch Develoupment team,

I just got my iPhone 3G 3 weeks ago and even before I got it I have been ofiliated with the app development program. I have been working in apple's native iPhone/ iPod Touch programming engine called xcode and I have come to many staggering realizations. Xcode uses the language objective C, which is extremely complicated and very hard to comprehend. I also noticed that in order to create a function, you have to state the variables and classes. The resources available through xcode are not relative to a young aspiring programmer like me and other users in the scratch website. I believe that with a little work and pulling strings with apple, we could make a version of scratch on the soul perpous of iPhone/ iPod Touch develoupment. Since Scratch is a machine for creating content in squeak, we could create a version that implements the coco touch elements used in xcode. I have some design ideas and a basic coding knowlege and if you have any more questions about my ideas towards this subject, email me at chrismcglauchlen@mac.com.

Sincerely,
         Deskjem.

Re: iPhone/ iPod Touch develoupment.

You can make 'cheat apps.'
If you know javascript (much more novice-friendly) then you can make 'apps' to run in the built-in safari, using javascript!
You can also make HTML pages to embed scratch projects into them.
Hope this helps!
