Hello, Brass45 here, and I wanted to know how to use cordinates such as Z or Xvel that I often see used in 3-D games here at Scratch. For new programers or people who have never used the cordinates(like me),using cordinates beyond X and Y are like decoding hieroglyphics.Could someone PLEASE shed some light on this subject? To anyone who can, a heartfelt thanks.

Scratch doesn't really support 3-D things so any "Z" coordinates you see are the result of someone's programming . . .

Sorry it took me so long to get back, but now I realize that those were variables

umm, yeah... try to program some basic projects that use your knowledge of math, and practice programming... that is how to get good at programming.

Actually, the reason I took almost two months to reply to the first comment was becaue I was busy expanding my knowledge of scratch. Now I'm more proficient at programming, but a few things still mystify me,like how to make a 3-D effect(like in the 3-D Dungeon Adventure RPG) and some more advanced math functions like trig(as of now,i'm only in 6th grade),as well as a few other advanced features of scratch. Some, like trig,I partially understand, but i've still got a lot to learn...
