Zack heads out of Beegina Town after he says his goodbyes. Also he stocked up on pokeballs and potions. He walks through the grass on route 1 when a pidgy appears! "Go Flame!" calls Zack. (Thats flarunts nickname) Flame use Pound. The wild pidgy gets pounded hard. Then the pidgy swoops in with a tackle. "Flame, dodge it!" Flame was too late and got hit, hard. Flame shaked it off and used screech without Zack telling him so. The wild pidgy was dizzy from the loud noise and Flame came in with a perfect pound on the dizzy pidgy. The pidgy then fainted. Flame had defeated the pidgy without Zack's help. "You have to listen to me next time, Flame." Zack told Flame. Flame shrugged.

#010 - Flygeon

A small bird, common to see in the whole country. They go in groups, usually leaded by a Wingster. Said to be a distant relative of the Kantonian Pidgey. They and their family are migrating birds, but their destination in winter is unknown as of now.

Type: Normal/Flying
Starter moves: Tackle
Learnable moves: Sand-Attack, Gust, Peck, Quick Attack, Wing Attack, Air Slash.
Evolution line: Wingeon, Wingster

#011 - Wingeon

Wingeon prefers to go hunting alone. If two Wingeon go to the same hunting place, fights tend to start.

Type: Normal/Flying
Starter moves (only when found in the wild - if evolved, keeps the moves he learned in the past): Tackle, Sand-Attack, Peck, Wing Attack
Learnable moves: Air Slash, Thief, Featherdance, Whirlwind.
Evolution line: Wingster

#012 - Wingster

Wingster leads huge groups of Flygeon through the forests, to search for food and blow away their rivals and obstacles.

Type: Normal/Flying
Starter moves: Peck, Sand-Attack, Air Slash, Featherdance.
Learnable moves: Whirlwind, Payback, Aerial Ace.
Evolution line: None

EDIT: Also, you should add descriptions of the new moves for the new types. My suggestions:

Light:
halo attack - Only inflicts damage
blind - Decreases foe's Accuracy
lighten up - If the area is sunny or is very lightened up, decreases foe's accuracy. Can work like Flash outside of battle
sunrise - Sets weather status to Sunny. This increases the power of all light-typed attacks, among other effects such as Solarbeam (should that move be Light-typed as well?) not requiring charge turn, etc.

Computer:
firewall - Increases user's Defense
email - Not sure about this one...
spam - Has a chance of leaving the opponent Confused.
download - Copies the last move used by the foe for the rest of the battle.
compute - Charges up energy for the next turn.
calculate - Increases user's Attack and Speed.

Space:
black hole - Sends only wild Pokemon out of battle.
stardust - Decreases foe's Accuracy, and makes Electric-typed attacks unusable for 2 turns.
starlight - Decreases foe's Accuracy. Works like Flash outside of battle.
comet - Inflicts damage
gravity - Already exists
wormhole - Always lets the user escape. Can be used like Teleport outside of battle.
atomic boom - A powerful damage inflicting move.
