Rating Projects

Well, I got the idea from someone else on Scratch, who first thought of the suggestion. I liked it very much, so I thought I'd like to pass it on. I have noticed that there are some innapropriate projects out there on Scratch that are just there on the web to never be deleted. You can flag it, but it might never be flagged completely. If you try to convince the creator of the project to delete it, he might like it too much. So I've been thinking, as another user did, maybe Scratch projects should be rated before going online. For example, you share a project, but before it goes on the website, it is given a rating. Example: G, PG, PG-13, R. Suggest what you think about this on this forum.
