Here are the jobs you can choose:

Make your own business:

Requires: 50 intelligence
Gives: 10 Intelligence + 50 money per hour
Takes: Increases stress quickly

Builder:

Requires: 20 strength + 5 intelligence
Gives: 5 strength + 3 intelligence + 10 money per hour
Takes: 1 Charm per hour

Working at restaurant:

Requires: 15 charm + 5 intelligence
Gives: 1 charm + more food + $10 per hour
Takes: Very small stress.
