ConchOS, a command-line Scratch OS.

There are too many GUI OSes, was targeting something different 
For those curious about the name, I happened to be talking to my friend Conch at the time of it's creation, simple as that. OrangeOS's name came from me eating an orange at the time. I put no thought into names whatsoever
