Well, since the scratch is an interactive movie, no. BUT, you could use a video capture (Snapz Pro, or Screenflick) to capture the scratch area. Then that would export a .mov.

The screen capture technique works pretty well...the resolution is pretty crude (because Scratch uses such a small screen) but it does work.
