Invalid user when try to share projects

When logged in, try to share projects and get an "invalid user" error, even though the username and password are identical to the ones used to log in....?

Can anyone help?

Re: Invalid user when try to share projects

I never heard of this kind of error. I am wondering if you're using a special character in your password that we never tested before. Could you try changing to password to simply letters and numbers and try again? Try using Latin characters only with no diacritics such as accents or "eñes"...

Re: Invalid user when try to share projects

I had the same problem.  I signed up today and had an 8 character password, 7 letters and 1 number.  1 of the letters capitalized and the rest lower case.  I was getting the invalid user error when i shared, but i was using the same username/password to successfully log into the website.

i changed the password to 10 character password, 1 number and 9 letters, but did not use any capitalization and it uploaded!
