Also xD
If there was someway to add a stop script in a different block that could stop a seperate script. That would be useful
Eg:
Script 1:
Forever if -
Touching (Colour/sprite etc:)-
Stop (Scrpit 2)
Script 2:
Glide (To place)

SPRITE DUPLICATION BLOCKS!!!!I heard somewhere that this feature was ommited from scratch to avoid confusion, but this could make TD,large multi-enemy,create your own level, and many other games SOOOOOO much easier to make!I would also like a "draw sprite" block under either sensing or pen, which would be similar to a cross between the ask block and paint mode, and would let players draw their own sprites/costumes,which would allow a whole new depth level to player customization, such as create-your-own-scroller,or design your own character games. With both of these blocks,a whole new world of ideas come to mind(Bloons TD4,anyone?),and if newbies find these blocks complicated, then they can always just ignore them.

Yeah, that would be great. I would also want Mesh and an block.

1. That would be good.
What do you mean? You can do that already.
3. Why get rid of eraser? It's really usefull, and it isn't possible to do triangle.

"ITUMES?" lol
as for "iTunes," you can import it on a mac, or on a windows just convert it to mp3.
How do you convert to mp3?

Mesh and also, being able to treat variables like sprites. You can tell them to hide or show after a certain amount of time, tell it to move out of the way in a game, etc. I would also enjoy to see a few missed blocks: the comment block, the 'clone this sprite' block, and the 'delete this sprite' block.
And did I mention MESH?!?!?!?!
About the comment block, we already have that, it's just not a block anymore.

That <> = <> block won't work. Booleans aren't numbers. Also, we wouldn't need the pi block, because we could just replace pi with the numbers that are in pi.

Hmmm... Scratch 1.5, interesting. It's amazing the advances the scratch program has made over time.
I think the blocks are pretty good, I have no idea what you would even add anymore! The only thing on that's subject would be the Build Your Own Block program. Possible it would be nice to have the ability to hide lists as well as variables, but I predict that would be difficult, or else it would already have been done. Another thing would be to customize how your variable is displayed. Certain text and text sized along with custom colors.
Mainly I'd think of the artistic appeal of scratch. It's obvious that the paint editor was not built to the best standards, and was never intended to be, but I would like it if scratch could support more image files. I know many users use photoshop, and when they make an image "see through" it doesn't transfer to scratch. You may want to support photoshop files.
Also on the subject of "see through images" It'd be nice to have the ability to make an object transparent by using the paint editor. I realize that similar effects can be reached by the ghost effect, but you can not make an object transparent in only certain spots, or to have an object fade away.
Also I would love to have a triangle creator in the paint editor, like the circle creator and square/ rectangle creator. It's not too often I must make a triangle, but when I do I can never get it even!
Next the all important mesh feature! I would love this to be used, I've heard it will be but I cannot wait!!!
Anyway, these are my ideas, I'll post anything more I have! I hope you can implement these ideas!

Why? It really wouldn't be that difficult to make a block that hides lists, we can hide them by clicking on the check mark next to the lists, so why not use a block that does exactly the same thing?

Show/hide lists.
Stop all of this sprites scripts and be able to continue after that to restart some of them.
group scripts. so if i had 100 scripts telling what to do if each key is pressed but they're basically all the same I could group them together so they only take up as much space as the longest one not 26 of them. if i pressed a button they would expand to full size but still be grouped.

Pi is a LOT of numbers... 3.145915...... i don't even know if that much is right.

(no he didn't really say meow)
Get rid of the eraser because he wants to clear up space and adding triangle is not not possible and you can just select invisible color and use that to erase.
We don't want rotation center in the middle all the time. if i have a sledge hammer i don't wnat it to spin i want it to bang.

Graphics Acceleration. Or at least some way to get rid of that lag when moving a sprite, ghosting a sprite etc.

Erm.... So, the online-going SB file will also contain the definition of the block, later included to Scratch.......... If you have a lot of those blocks, the additional data will be ~1Mb.
The Mesh feature is experimental, they say. We of course have Snyff, and someone (maybe me?) could make a Flash-based network feature, like there is the app, and you can set it to a server if you have high bandwidth, or you can just settle as client if you have low bandwidth or you're in the intranet (internal network, like in-home wireless internet).
I want to see the show/hide list blocks. It's NEEDED. Also, the performance should be increased. Also the MP3 importing should be improved. I can't import files generated with my TTS, and when I use WAV, the quality is awful.
Why not make a TTS system in scratch? ( TTS say [input]) and (TTS voice [dropdown]. Also, scratch should make open source voices

Maybe add transparency on the paint editor? You can currently make a whole sprite transparent with the ghost effect, but not individual sections of it.

hey! you can show/hide variables! why would it be hard to show/hide lists?

I would like:
1: All older-version blocks back (e.g. [comment []])
2: Mesh
3: All not in scratch streak blocks (e.g. [turn around])
4: Open url [] command
5: Make a block button
6: set [variabe^] color to red:() green:() blue:() command
7: not [script-starter-inserter] script-starter
8: move the script-starters to motion
That is all.

No, it will be fine. the <> = <> block can:
Like the mouse is down, right?
<<mouse down?> = <not <mouse down?>>
will be false.
Like the mouse is not down. right?
<<not <mouse down> = <not <(volume) = 1>>>
will be true.

Maybe an option for script pages? like you could have other space for scripts, and you could label them.
I'm not sure if anyone is getting me here.
And also, saving variable coordinates. Like how they end up in the top-left corner if you don't save with them showing.
that would be a great idea!!!!!
