Yes, it is. You need to have read the first book to join. As for your your cat, just tell me a name, gender, apperance, and which Clan they're in:
EagleClan
DarkClan(evil)
WaterClan
SunClan
ShadowClan(Evil)
MidnightClan

You can't be a leader or deputy in any Clans, because they all have deputies and leaders.

Owlstar's ears lay flat. "Nothing!" he spat, and then remembered about Stealthfur. His eyes turned cold as ice. "Hey.... I wanted to ask you something..." he said in a hiss, moving closer to Tallstar, nearly pushing him with his shoulders. "What did you send that fool of a cat Stealthfur for?" He would rip Tallstar to pieces if he dared to lie.

Tallstar smiled devilshly. "Stealthfur is an unloyal fool. I originally planned to send him to kill you, but when I learned of your romance with Rosewing...I put the bounty over her head. I knew hewould never be able to, though." he laughed quietly.
