Did you even read the rules? Double posting and posting off topic are both bad. Don't do them. Talk to a forum mod about it. It's important.

And how is double posting bad? If u have something important to say,like you have to go,can't you post twice?

Okay...I'm not sure what the problem with posting twice to the same topic is, except that this is a role-playing game and jumping in with another post out of turn might be considered impolite.  Is that the issue here Norberts?. 

As for posting off topic...that is impolite on any topic, not just role-playing games.  It interupts the flow of the discussion and should be avoided.  I apologize for breaking the rule here but it looked like maybe I should step in before things get overly hostile.

this is *not* a Forum RPG. This RPG is originally a gallery and is almost as old as Scratch itself. Over two years, members of this RPG have developed a style of RPing and communication which everybody understands. Our actions are governed not by strict rules, but by general norms of behavior which form into a style of behavior. We would *not* like anyone to disturb the peace in our gallery, because when you try to interfere and change something in how we act, we feel as if we are losing balance.

About double-posting, off-topic posting and other "rule breaking". As I said earlier, our actions are not governed by rules. In fact, we are not used to following rules, especially when they are so *external*. Off-topic posting is not considered bad in this gallery. As we all understand each other's roles perfectly, such rules are not required. We rarely have flame wars and arguments.

It seems to me that you might be misunderstanding some of our actions. Again, as I said before, we members have formed a "culture" in our gallery, and we members are generally the only ones who can understand it. When RPing together, we *know* what the other person is doing, what they want and what they are expecting from us. While it may seem like just useless double-posting for you, in reality it might be quite an expected and/or necessary action.

When you ask "why do you behave that way?", it is our "culture" and "tradition" you are questioning. Nobody can really answer that question, so I hope this clears things up for you.

Please consider this and respect our ways.

Nikki is having problems with posting comments to projects and galleries from her DSi. Whatever she tries to write, it changes the whole message to one word: "true". However, the Forums seem to work for her, so she uses them.
