Owlstar opened his mouth silently and stared at Tallstar, whose amber eyes glowed faintly in the darkness of the den. "Ummmm... Tallstar?" Owlstar felt terrified, but at the same time he could feel his face turn red in embarrassment - it was all his fault! He glanced back at Rosewing to see if she had noticed. He was in big trouble....

"Tallstar? Is that my name?" He asked. "No," Rosewing interrupted. She flashed Owlstar a nervous glance. She could see he was embarrassed- he'd knocked the memories right out of Tallstar's head. "Your name is...TallSCAR." Rosewing murmured. "Ok," Tallstar purred. Rosewing bit her lower lip. "Where are we, anyway? Is this where I live?" He asked.

Tallscar shrugged. "I...I guess." He meowed. He stood up, and his head burned with pain where Owlstar had hit him. He collapsed in pain, and gritted his teeth. "Actually, I'm not that hungry..." He grunted. He looked around once the pain subsided. This place didn't seem familiar...but neither did anything. "So were we friends?" he asked Owlstar. He wanted to know everything about himself.

Owlstar flashed another glance at Rosewing. He didn't feel comfortable lying to his enemy.... "Umm... yes... Can you wait here a minute, we'll be back," he said quickly and hurried out of the den, almost pushing Rosewing out with him. "What IS this?" he exclaimed when they were out at last.
