You missed out Scratch 1.4 BETA 6.1. It contained the mesh feature.

I have 1.4 beta 1 to 7, don't you?
I said I had all of them exept for a few betas. After the final release of 1.4, if you have 1.4 beta, could you upload it so I could try out the Mesh feature? Thanks.

Wow. I thought I had the most complete collection of Scratch images - I did, but you beat me to releasing them. Oh, well. My collection was exactly the same as yours!
Anyhow, I checked with the Scratch team to see if I was allowed to release them. They said no, and thus you beat me to releasing them

I don't see why the Scratch team are being so strict with the 1.4 BETAs. I'd really like a copy of one with Mesh, so I'd be greatful if someone with it could send me a copy to:

Thanks

I will release the beta(s) if
1. if I am allowed to (???)
2. when I edited out the Share button.
But uhm, if the Scratch team said not to release them, why are they here???
Scratch team said not to release what? My collection?! I'll delete them when you give the word!

Is there a later version of NetScratch?
Nope. There was only one NetScratch.

Yes, there is no mesh feature...
But, there are 2 alternatives:
1) Netscratch, and
2) Snyff.
The latter is an adobe air application by Chalkmarrow, which is very similar to the mesh.
You can find it here: http://scratchconnections.wik.is/User:Chalkmarrow/Snyff

1.4 beta 6.1 is called MULTISCRATCH. It is not available to the public.
Netscratch is the most glitchy computer program ever, but there is a weather block. (It tells you the weather for a zip code), which is cool.
I have never used snyff, but I heard you need to have other programs (AIR).
The best is multiscratch, but it is not available to the public.

I do, but I cannot distribute it. JSO will when he disables the share feature.

Mesh features are only active when running the SB file through Scratch (more specifically, MultiScratch) so why would you need to do that? (mesh doesn't exist in the java player)

Why would he disable the share feature? That makes no sense.
And why can't you distribute the beta?
And will anyone tell me how to use the image files?
1500th post!

Yes BWOG to run the image files just drag them over the "Scratch.exe" or the "Scratch.app" and they should run.
