Scratch

hey guys since there are some people who spoils other users projects.and creates nasty projects and being rude to others.we need to form an official force in which scratch members and given power to report abuse of people,projects comments,some people have nasty photos(user icons) which can also be reported.some users of scratch who join the official scratch security force and for the people who have been reported to security force of scratch must be given a chance to prove their innocence or talk about the matter( like  a court) the court people can give judgments or what has to be done .
fior ex the case goes like this .some one or the police comes to know about this.they report him  to scratch security force  then the force sees what is wrong the police can block his user rights and send a report to him the culprit can only get back his rights af ter the court he will be sent a message to his email id or parents email id and in his scracth messages then her can go to the specific place allotted by scratch only he,security force and the court people can view.he must answer the questions asked to him if needed the court people can send him or her a message to answer the required questions after that the court   people decide the punishment for him/her.eg.he or her will be blocked from scratch even his ip address can be blocked or what ever.
