I understand that you already have a new reply system, where you click on one of your messgaes and tells you what the person said, without having to scroll through pages and pages of comments. But I suggest that you should also show what YOU said. For example: I was looking through my messages and there was one that I hadn't opened. When I clicked on it it just said 'OK'. I had no idea what I had asked that person, so I had to scroll through 2 pages of comments to find out what I had asked. It turns out 5 months ago I asked someone something and they had only just replied. I would have foound that a lot easier if it showed you what you had said AND what the person's eply was. (I hope that makes sense...)
