It's easy. Step backwards, while pushing backwards with your other foot, drag the tip of your toe and progressively shift to your heel. Then you step down and push backwards with this foot, and you repeat stepping backwards for the other foot. You need momentum to do it well.

It's very sad that Michael Jackson has died. Too bad there's too many constant reminders on the news that he died, it makes me feel depressed all over again! In fact, the TV is on in another room and they're talking about him. sad Rest in peace, Michael Jackson.

how all those videos on youtube are getting flamed by losers for making fun of micheal jackson even tho they were posted lie a year ago.
if micheal jackson was alive, those flamers would probably still making fun of him, and the real mj supporters who never believed he even did anything wrong before his death definatly wouldnt be trolling around on year old videos making fun of him

I can understand that, but a lot of them didn't mean to do anything wrong. They didn't have any clue that he would die the following year.

The problem he had is that there are so may sticky fingers around. He made a fortune and he lost a fortune. He trusted wrong people.
He was forced to go to tour to pay debts. We will remember him as a true king of pop.
