Why is the answer block immobile?

Ok. Can someone please tell me why you cannot move the "ask (...) and wait" block? (This may be simple, but it sure is something that I can't figure out, and I'm not really enjoying it.)

You'd like to be able to control where on the screen people type in their answers?  I don't know of any way to do that - I don't think it has that capability.

It seems wierd that you can't move it, because it could be a simple drag and drop movement.
