I thought it would be helpfull to newbies to learn how to advertise your project thus getting more views.

Lesson 1--->Don't Spam
Whatever you do, DON'T SPAM. Spamming only leads to other users getting annoyed and your project not getting any attention. Remember, you can bump an advertisement once or twice, but not anymore than that.

Lesson 2--->Linking
The concept of linking to your project is fairly simple. Copy the link of your project, then start a topic in the "Show and Tell" topic that includes a brief description of the project and the link. For link help, go here. Or, ofcourse, you can post links on other websites. Linking is one of the easiest and best ways to get views for your project.

Lesson 3--->Galleries
Another easy way to get views to your project is to add it to a specific gallery. Like if your project is about cats, add it to a gallery about cats. The someone else who likes cats will look in the gallery, and probably find your project. Hint: Don't add your projects to something like "Random Stuff Accepts Everything!!!!". In these kinds of galleries, no one will find your project.

Final Lesson--->Friends
The very easiest method to get more views to your project is by making friends. If you have a friend and you upload a project, your friend will probably find out about it and view it. The friend method is easy, so it is very useful to newcomers. Hint: Only add someone as a friend if you have actually made friends with them on the forums or through comments. Seeing how many friends you can make is not a smart idea.
