How does one go about creating a ScratchR server?

Thanks to all the excellent people in the forum that have posted very useful information. However I have been unable to create a new ScratchR server with the information available.

From what I can piece together the following steps are required:
1. Setup and standard LAMP machine (Linux + Apache + mySQL + PHP).
2. Use SVN to acquire the web content
3. Setup the database from the included SQL files

At this point the ScratchR site appears to work (allows signups etc.) however the 'Upload your project' page simply results in a '404 File not found'

I must admit this one leaves me 'scratching' my head. What must be done next?

Your thoughts would be must appreciated!

The site that I've created so far is accessible here:
http://scratch.tlptest.com/

Thanks,
Ben

It seems that the site won't load. Are you sure that link is working?

Your server is painfully slow. What's wrong with the real site?

I dunno. It's just an experiment, I think. HINT: Try to install Wireshark and look at some connections between Scratch and a server.

I've tried also. You have to configure Scratch to upload to your own domain. I don't know how. I have found a glitch: user pics don't show.
