I'm not quite sure if this is entirely appropriate for the Scratch Forums—it's probably just a misunderstanding.
Anyways, if someone is being mean, you should report them—not talk-about how mean they are or might be on the Forums.

iab97 is right...that really isn't something we like to discuss on the forums, since it involves the behavior of a specific Scratch user and it might be embarassing to them. If someone is leaving mean comments or making projects that go against the Terms of Use, please flag them so the Scratch Team can take a look.
