I have noticed ALOT of people are worried about not being able to use 1.3 projects in 1.4. According to the release candidate version, it works perfectly. I played a Sonic game I made (which is amazing, too bad I can't release it) from 1.3 on the 1.4 RC version, and it worked better than ever.

There is an "ask" feature where a sprite can ask something, you type in the answer, and you program the sprite to react differently depending on what your answer is. ALSO, there was GOING to be a feature where multiple computers could participate in a game, (for instance, look at archmage's pong youtube video) but then the Scratch team got rid of it. That is like the only major change. OH yeah, and you change change the stage size to small, medium, or presentation mode, you can take pictures with a webcam, use Lego WeDo kits.

It is right here try not to sppread it around too much. I think the Scratch Team doesn't want a huge amount of people taking it just for the program, because it is for pointing out bugs before release. But anyways, Here it is: http://info.scratch.mit.edu/Scratch_1.4_Release_Candidate
