Lol, I one step ahead of you... My grade (and me lol) are into "Airsoft guns", Fun games... Fun games... They are ish better than nerf, They acually hurt! Is that good :\ Well yes acually lol XD

I was probably thinking of those when I said they were expensive    I just checked this auctions and sales website (the Chilean Ebay, basically) and a plastic Airsoft pistol costs US$10, around the same as a Nerf Maverick.

Yep, with Airsoft you don't need to collect projectiles after firing since they come in boxes of 500, 1000 and up to 30000 pellets.    But I don't know where can you buy them on Chile 

That makes me want to try 'em out, but my parents may complain because they already find my Nerf gun's darts painful (for my small bros, at least) >.>

my maverick jams sometimes, its so old. its like the M16 in vietnam its useful, but it jams ALOT.

it happened to me too, you'll eventually learn how to stop it from jamming

My maverick has never jammed before which is good, and I modded it to shoot 2 bullets with one shot.

fireflys su ck, they only use suction darts which are the worst type and are rather annoying do to the pointless large size

Also called  "semi automatic" I believe.

These are some of the most reliable nerf guns in my opinion.

They're like the AK-47 of the Nerf gun world, they are quiet, small, and shoot VERY far.
10' and farther. We used them as sniping pistols in the Nerf wars.

The Nerf wars: These were a very hectic time for the military base we lived in. We would
capture each other, Defend, Attack and other things like that. I would walk around and try to find the enemy. then i would sit in a tree or bush and then ambush them. It was so fun! i was the Recon Sniper in the group, I would also go as the "Heavy Weapons Guy", i would have 2 Nerf machine guns, a Longshot, and two single shot spring pistols.

I don't like dart guns. Laser tag is better - cause then you don't have bullets to pick up/buy

Hu.. I always though airsoft guns would hurt more, I have a kingman spyder pilot paintball gun and it REALLY hurts even if your like 75ft away but for some reason I always assumed airsoft guns hurt more.

As long as you are wearing something, it doesn't hurt that much. The normal .6-.12 gram BBs don't hurt but the .25-.35 gram BBs hurt a lot.

Ya, it also depends a lot on the FPS of the gun too.
