need a bit of help with the sounds

when i try to use the play note ,it does not work.
it worked before, the play sound  works,

i need REAL HELP PLEASE!!!

This is a common problem; it has happened to me before. If you are using Windows (which is the only operating system I know how to fix) go to the start menu. Go to all programs, and then go to accessories. Finally, go to volume control. A window should pop up. Then adjust the SW Synth if it on mute (which it probably is).

Shadow is probably right, your volume must've broked.
