Since i'm terrible at spriting, nowhere. I'll release a demo, which has only New Bark and Rt. 29. I might learn how to revamp, but I need character sprites from scratch.

maail, the reason these people are making a pokemon game and people are helping them out is because they are not using scratch. An efficient pokemon game is pretty much impossible using scratch. They are using RPG Maker, a different program that is powerful enough to create a game like this.
