Pokemon SunGold and Moonsilver
You might not expect a fan-made Crystal remake when real ones have been announced. The world of G/S/C remakes made by ordinary people like us has been amazing, the best being Pokemon Shiny Gold. That world is coming to an end and I want to make the curtain call to THIS amazing group of fan-made games better than any other. I'll need a LOT of help on this. I'm using RPG maker XP, and I hardly know how to use it. That's where you come in! Since I have almost no idea how to do anything on it (ecxept mapping) I'll need you to do a lot of things for me. I'll be using Flameguru's Pokemon Essentials, you if you know how to use that, great!
Jobs: Scripting, Spriting, Mapping, and Musican. I also am accepting move/ability ideas, but no new pokemon.
Updates from G/S/C
: 493 Pokemon, with Hoenn and Sinnoh pokemon available in the post-game.
: New rival and main characters
: New evil team, team Solun (Solar + Lunar = Solun)
: New storyline, will be explained later
: All ledgendaries will have an event
: Trading available.
: Even with trading, all trade-while-holding-item evolutions will now be level up while holding that item. An example is, Onix will evolve when it levels up with the Metal Coat.
: Takes place one year after G/S/C, so you can battle Gold, Brandon, and Lucas, along with Red.
: Kadabra, Haunter, Machoke, and Graveler will evolve when they reach level 40.
: More to come...
Storyline: New bark town has been renovated, and two new houses have been built. Two kids, (player characters) have moved in. When they turn ten, they get a PokeGear, and Prof. Elm gives them a pokemon. The character you do not use is there, and chooses the starter that is weak against yours. When they are done, Prof. Elm sends you to see Mr. Pokemon while the other stays behind. When you get there, you find that he is being attacked by a Solun Grunt! When you beat him, you see that Prof. Oak is visiting! You get a Mystery Egg, Pokedex, and another Pokedex (for the other character.) When you walk out, you get a call saying that someone has stolen Elm's last pokemon! When you walk back on Route 29, you have you first rival battle! I'll reveal more storyline later.
Introducing the Characters!
Albert: The male player character. He's brave, and will take on nearly any challenge.
Indigo: The female player character. She's quiet, and likes cute stuff.
Rohan: The main rival. He's has an evil nature, and may just have a relationship with Team Solun...
Siwon: The secondary rival. He likes snakes, so you can expect him to use Pokemon like Arbok and Steelix. He's competetive, and always pops out right when you least expect him...
I'll make a post more deeply describing a job when someone posts that they want a job. More will be revealed later. Bye!

A few things I forgot: Espeon and Umbreon will evolve when they are happy and you use a sun/moon stone, that is if I get in day/night, and I will be releasing 9 betas and 1 final.
Beta 1: up to badge 2
Beta 2: up to badge 4
Beta 3: up to badge 6
Beta 4: up to elite 4
Beta 5: up to Saffron City
Beta 6: up to Celadon City
Beta 7: up to Pewter City
Beta 8: up to Mt. Silver
Beta 9: Extra stuff, mostly extra battles.
Final: Mostly glitch fixes, that kind of stuff.
Hoenn/Sinnoh pokemon will be found in most kanto areas, and safari zone will be open.
I will make a website soon, so look out for it!
All those who help will get their own custom NPC, depending on how much they help, ranging from item givers/trainers to major recurring characters. The Grand Prize for the person who helps the most will get the Grand Prize: They will create the Team Solun Leader! Bye!

Isnt it Heart Gold And Soul Silver? They are really comeing out. Heres some info on them.
SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! READ WITH CAUSTION!
1. You can walk around any where with all 493 pokemon
2. Arceus and Cynthia are both tied into the story some how
3. A gadget called the pokewalker will come with the game
4. Useing the pokewalker, you can transfer pokemon from the DS Game, to the PokeWalker
5. Useing the walker, the more steps you take, the more Expert Points your pokemon gets
6. You can find wild pokemon on the pokewalker such as, ladyba, spinark, sentret, ect.
7. The PokeDex, the PC Boxs, the Bag, and the Pokemon Stats screen all have been completely revaped (they look cooler)
8. Its is comeing out in September in Japan

I guess that I could help with spriting, I just need to know were to put the sprites that I make. This is also a good script for moving, using the scroll method.

Everybody, I have an announcement: Due to the fact that many people have criticized this due to the fact that Nintendo is making real ones, I want you to think about this. The game takes place a year after Gold became champion, so it's not just a remake. However, to cause less confusion, I will make this a Crystal remake, Pokemon FrozenCrystal. All changes can be viewed on the front page.
Darkstare: I need samples of your work. Can you show my New Bark Town, Rt. 29, and Cherrygrove City in FRLG style? Remember that New Bark has 2 more houses, for the boy and girl characters. Do not do day/night maps, as I don't need them now. Also, I only had the demo, so could you hold the file? You might have to do a bit of scripting, but you'll be OK. By the way, do you have Pokemon Essentials? That will make it much easier.
ziebart123: I need samples from you, too and to sprite for this game you will need the ability to: Revamp Crystal sprites to FRLG style, and make scratch sprites of all generation III/IV pokemon, and make original trainers, both front/back and overworld sprites. Your sample requirements are: Revamp Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Chickorita, Cynadquil, and Totodile.(their Crystal sprites) and scratch Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip, Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup (you MUST use custom colors of this, and you must use 16 colors per sprite.
Admins, can you please change the title of this forum to Pokemon FrozenCrystal ?
