Do you know how to do Pokemon stuff? If so, I'd like the background to be snowy blue, with ice crystals falling, also in the background I want a snow-capped mountain with Suicune's shadow on the top. In the front I want Ho-oh on the far left and Lugia on the far right.... it'll be for a game advertisement, so don't sign it please.

I know it's not my best,  but I couldn't do anything good with the request you gave me. Hope it's alright

But, obviously not that big. Shrink it down to signature size but to where its still big enough to notice everything. At the top of the Image can you write in "iRcool" in a transparent and bubbly font. Looks similar to a water looking effect or something.

I wanted 2D Lugia and Ho-oh, and DEFINENTLY not Shadow Lugia!
