GIMP

It's a free program which is has all the basic features that photoshop does. So it's great for being a free program.

I also use GIMP. I can't afford to buy Photoshop, and I don't need to! GIMP is just as capable as Photoshop, and exactly the same, except the GIMP is free and Photoshop is not. I managed to make a cool banner for my blog by downloading GIMP brushes off the internet. smile And same here, I've only just started using it, but I'm starting to get the hang of it.
