Scratch

I think it's only temporlary because there was an problem earlier where only 2 top downlaoded projects show'd instead of 3. They problem took it off before anyone noticed.

Some people pretend that the project works better when downloaded when it doesn't to get on front page. That doesn't kill your chance to be on front page, there's still top viewed.

They didn't. Only for logged in users, who obviously know what Scratch is. Sign out and it appears clear as could be.

Actually mine really do need to be downloaded, I don't lie about that stuff. My projects are too old to qualify to be on top viewed. And they DID get rid of it, they even got rid of newest projects if you're not logged in!
