I guess I would like to a curator mainly because I have seen so many amazing projects on the front page; getting lots of great feedback, among other great things. However; I have seen even more projects that have hardly gone noticed, but show great uses of scratch! I would hope to give a chance to all the great programmers out there with little views finally a chance to make it on the front page. I would probably curate projects that are unique; and show a brand new concept for scratch. Also projects that push the limit of scratch and really amaze people with them. Anything along those lines seem like what I would feature.

I think it would be a really cool experience for me to become a curator. I'd pick three projects each day, and I'd pick unknown scratcher's projects. I'm sure they would like some views, since they see a lot of other scratchers on the front page, too. I would pick games, animations, interactive stories, ect. that I think should be featured, but being picked is just as exciting! Sometimes in the recent projects, I see a really cool project, that I think would be featured very soon! But when I see the project again, there's sometimes only 6 views. It must be disappointing for the project creator, since they put lots of effort into it, but no one appreciates it. But imagine you just joined Scratch, and you made a really cool first project, and it gets picked by a curator, and it's on the front page! Imagine how excited you would be! Many scratchers quit in the first week that they're here, because they wouldn't get views! If they get their project picked, they might not quit! I really hope eventually I could become a curator!

I would like to become a curator if possible. I got a couple questions. How do you get projects to show on the front page? Second, do you have to have specifications about your user account to become a curator?
If I were a curator I would give each great project the respect it derserves. Like Goldenwolf said, our problem with Scratchers quitting could be solved if more people realized people would like their projects if they actually saw them. Thanks for taking the time to read my letter.

I would like to be a curator and I think the projects that should get curated are the ones that have had loads of time put in them (also lots of scripts mostly, but you don't need loads of scripts to make a huge project, reference to the 1 sprite 1 scripters), and don't get much popularity.

well if i could be curator i would pick projects that everyone will like and ill make people more popular and happy to scratch! The reason i want to make the un popular popular is because some scratchers as my self want to quit because barley anyone sees there projects!

Hello! I would love to be curator. If I where to become curator I wouldn't be worried about veiws and other stuff like that I would think more about the quility of the project. 1. Is it an innovative idea 2. Is it programmed well 3. Does it run well.
I would choose diverse types of projects animations, games, etc.
Thank you,

I would like to be a curator for some reasons.
I would only choose epic projects. Good? Not epic enough. Only the best project in scratch. And only if it has few views.
I would change projects ever 1-3 days (Probably actually every day...), and I would probably choose these.
1-3 1s1s
3 games (Maybe more)
3 or more animations
1-3 1st-5th projects (SO new scratch members stay with us!)
And let's see... 14 days, 1 new per day... +2 because there's 3 and it will start out with 3 and then I add 1 per day...
16 projects. That's 12. So I probably will put more than that. Like, math projects or something. Even if there's a project I LOVE, I won't put it if it has many views.
So, I hope I get to be a curator some day! And if not this time, next time! Or next year, etc..
I've always wanted to be something more than a member on scratch. 2 weeks being a curator will totally change my perspective of scratch projects. And lighten up my month xD
If a friend asks me to curate a project, I might curate it. But, only if it's very epic and has few views. I treat friends no other than users I've never known before.
I wouldn't choose projects that are inappropriate. Unless, of course, it's my favorite animation. 1 animation is famous, by -SkyStar-, but the other one isn't that famous. But the owner (evilmonkey) put a warning, and a start menu. So if you're 7, you have time to read the warning before the animation starts.
Thank you scratch team, and scratch on!
