Hello I Am Iwonaicee100 and i would like to become a curator. the reason is that they are good programmers out there who only get like 3 views. i would like to help them out and get them on the front page! i will make sure that only DESERVING scratchers will have their prokects on the homepage. i recently have been flagging innapropriate projects. i flag them everytime i see them. i would really like to become a curator! peace out home dogs please pick me! ^_^

This is a Very good idea! Letting us kids getting to pick out our Favorite Creations by other kids and when the other kids see they get happy and more people will play them! its like a happy cycle Witheveryone!

I'd like to be curator... I think I posted here a while ago but I can't find it. Anyways, I'd like to be the curator because I'd pick interesting and fun projects, kind of like the projects in my gallery Unique! Also, I am a contributing member to the scratch community.

Oh, we consider tons of Scratchers! Remember though, each curator slot lasts two weeks. That means there are only 26 curators per year. There are currently 900+ posts in this thread (and it hasn't even been up for a year yet!) Even though some Scratchers have asked to be curator a few times, and some have posted helpful things like Jonathanpb's post above, there's still a lot more Scratchers interested than there are spots open...

So, please be patient! (And don't worry - we do read the thread!)

oh pick me for the job! i have no friends so i'm not biased, and also i have no projects so i couldn't pick my own if i tried.

i'd choose the greatest games and animations after prowling around on the site for hours, and of course i'd choose ones with not a lot of views to help unknown awesome scratchers become famous.

If I was a curator I'd show projects that are fun, or teach you something. The time that goes into the project is worthless if the project is bad so I wouldn't choose projects that had alot of time spent on them unless they are actually good. I wouldn't choose pointless things like 1 script no sprite things unless they are really amazing. As for the art, if it really stood out and doesn't look like it took 5 seconds with the Scratch painter then I would also feature those as well.
If I was chosen, then the projects I choose would change every 24 hours so that alot more people get views on projects, especially if they are good and don't have many views.
I know I'm not really known like, at all (except maybe the forums) but I've been on Scratch long enough to know what's hard work and what took effort to make.

Oh yeah and I don't take bribes *cough* other people *cough* just joking
