That is a very nice comment to curiouscrab! That is why I posted a "thank you" post on the forums, but it got removed! Thanks everyone!
I can't tell if your offline or online. You just replied on my comments, but your status says offline. How do you get that status picture in your signature anyway? What's the code? Put it in a box.

I would love to be curater. :3 i would choose many interesting projects from unknown users. It would be a great oppertunity to see many great projects. I really hope I get to be curater someday.
These are the reasons i'd make a great curater.
1. I'd look around scratch for tons of unknown users without many views.
2. I'd pick original, fun, education, creative projects. And none that are innapropriate or rude.
3. I am a very active user on scratch for almost half of the day.
4. I will be very careful or orginized on when they have been front paged, I will ask people first if they'd like to be curated before I curate them.
I really want to be curater and I hope someday you'd pick me. Thank You for this oppertunity.

That goes under Questions about Scratch! I get why you posted it here, though.

If I'm going to be a curator, wooho, my dreams are here!
Since six months, I'm really interested in applying on a curator. I'm very active. I like to see interesting NEW projects. And scratch is not homework or lesson- IT'S HOBBY.
If I'm a curator, I would choose a project that are;
-(mostly) from Scratchers that aren't so famous, (I'll look mostly at them) That'll give them a chance. I think that I'm not going to curate famous persons. But maybe I'll curate one or two. Sometimes I think of amazing projects-- Just standing there, only GET less than 5 views, but are scripted for more than a month.
-That have LESS than 110 views. If one had 111 views, he/she'll be too popular, and I think I'm not a perfect curator for them. And sometimes, people are in front page just in less than a month. And many good scratchers didn't get any favorites...If I'm a curator, I'll not curate any project from a person that are front paged in less than a month. Maybe I will make an accident, hopefully not.
-Age apporite (Sorry I forgot how it spells.) I saw a really BAD project once but I forgot to flag it. D:
-Projects that are creative, helpful, or full of inspirations. I like projects that are helpful, but can be not too complex. (Example, tutorial, ideas, etc.)
-I may be active at least 5 day a week. But I usually Active 7 days on the week.
-Hard work sometimes didn't get a chance...I WANT TO CURATE HARDWORKING PROJECTS...
-Scratch creativity! I think I would pick great projects with simple blocks, or maybe with "Unusual Scratch Blocks". I mean, blocks that show how peoples solve problems of "block-less".
Why I want to be a curator?
I want to participate in Scratch Community. I love reading suggestions on Scratch Suggestions, oh well, I love Scratch!
I know how I feel when I first use this account...I post a hardworking project and I'm very disappointed when it had only 3 views in a month. Well, I'm pretty "famous" now. There are 17 views on my project "sillytest". I want peoples to be happy of their hard work- or long work.
I think I will choose a project every day, so maybe I'll curate 14 projects.
I'm friendly and I didn't (yet) fight with any persons. I think I never be mean, well, sometimes I think in my bed. Why did I POST that comment?? But I'm trying, and I hope I'll fit the Scratch Curator. Because I'm dreaming of putting a project named; "Want to be curated?" also, I don't only accept suggestions in the project I will do a BIG search- and ask if they want to get curated. (I'll explain whats being curated if they're new.)
-Rumanti (XD I think I'll make a nckname for me! Remmy! Not bad. I don't care.)
Example;

Why I edit; too short and are not enough information.

Could I be curator when I become a scratcher? I will curate good games and funny animations. But they have to be less than 100 views. And they cant be a basic project or coloring contest entry. Thanks!

And I'm technically not new. I had an old account called qwerts9000.

I would like to be curator. I have always had an interest in programs created by people like me around the world. I have a particular interest in two kinds of projects: games (especially cheesy ones ) and operating systems. I am so interested in OS projects, that at one point I actually held a contest to see who could write the best one. As a curator, I would look for games that are fun to play, but also ones that seem to require a lot of intellectual effort to create. I wouldn't just look for simple games, I would look for ones that have very complex scripts, and maybe some new techniques. For operating systems, I see new tricks every day. Some of them are really good, and I would like to be able to bring recognition to the people who write new or very intelligent techniques in coding. I am a very technical person, so I am interested in quality of coding, so as curator, I would look for projects (especially games and operating systems) that have very high quality code.

Why I want to be a curator? So I can show scratchers amazing and interesting projects that can inspire scratch community. Also, sometimes, scratcher can't get to the front page because no one notice them. If I'm a curator, I will open my eyes, large.

Dear Lightnin, Steve, Paddle, Cheddar and all the other members of MIT who are responsible for this amazing program. You have made scratch such a awesome place to be, I never wan't to quit, but I can't help felling that I'm not doing anything to help. Then I saw the curators, these amazing scratchers coping with all the spam they get, all the demands and sadly sometimes blackmail. They put the most brilliant projects on the front page that had as low as 3 love its and 10 views! I was mesmerised by how they come with the demands 24/7! I would love to be a part of it, I would love it so much, I've even made a gallery (http://scratch.mit.edu/galleries/view/169954) with all my projects to curate in it! Please let me be a part of making scratch better for everyone because at the moment, I'm not helping.
Thank you so much for reading.
Thank you.

I would like to be a curator. Curators have interesting challenges (for me). They judge things by identifying them, or even look. I think being a curator is a big challange for Scratchers.
If I'd be a curator, I would curate projects with something mythical, something supernatural like Werewolves, Vampires, or even Aliens. The project could be a story, a factfile, or maybe an adventure or a game. The reason why I pick supernaturals because I think peoples who made them has interesting and strong imaginations. From that talent they create stories, stories that we told even though it's centuries old. Scratchers that love supernaturals usually have amazing talents and imaginations and I'm amazed with their talents. Not so many people have strong imaginations, so that's why if I'm a curator, I could curate those people's projects and inspire people to have great imaginations. If they have strong imaginations, they could use it for good things. But those imaginations that are too strong they usually taken over by their imagination, so they have to use their talents properly.
I hope I'll be the next curator!

Since its been a while, here I go again!
Hello, I'm Mintfang. I think I should be curator because I'm honest and organized. If I tell someone that they're getting curated, they get curated. I'm organized because I will set up a sort of waiting list. I'll have 42 slots, so I'll curate 3 projects a day. That is so a lot of people can get curated!
I would curate projects people really worked on, not just slapped together in 10 seconds. Stuff like animations, warrior cat stuff, games, etc. Things that really mean something, and should be more popular!
I would curate stuff with less than 50 views. I think the average for an unpopular project is about 45 or so.
I am Mintfang the banana, and I approve this message!

Hi-oh, to whom it may concern.
I would like to apply for the tentative curator position on this website. Between my two accounts, I've been a part of this community for roughly two years. My goal as curator would be to show a variety of projects. I'm not going for popular or complex projects, but I'd like to show projects that have a variety of creativity & potential. Please do consider my offer, but choose who you please.
Thanks you.
