Truly, you should change that last sentence... It's not likely you'll get a spot in one week. Change it to "a curator" instead of "the next curator". The next one should be around 10-15 pages back.

BTW, it took me around 4 months...

Dear Scratch team,
I would like to become curator, because I love to search for worthy projects, and make new people get on the front page. I would try to curate a variety of projects; so no one is left out. I would try to curate: games, animations, ais and os, and various other things I find interesting. I will also try to curate thing with complex programming, or beautiful pictures.

think that being a curator sounds like a great idea! But i undersand only the most Vibrant curating post will get you curated so... here it goes   

Why i am qualified to be a currator
1.I have been on scratch for a while know and I know how good a project must be in order to be featured!
2.I go on scratch every day so you would get projects more frequently posted.
3.I have a stock of projects in my gallery "when im curator" this helps assure i wont run out (if you whant to know more about my gallery it will be farther down in the post)
4.I kow how to find good projects with low views

Why I would be a good curator
1.I would pick projects I think enjoyable for the scratch community.
2.I would take suggestions from the cummunity and I would interperet there ideas and try to bcone a better curator.
3.Every day once or twice i check the newly releaced category and search for projects that deserved to be curated.
4.My gallery when im curator i think serves as a great base for any curator, sometimes i even think other curators go there when there out of ideas because a few i put in there got curated by others.   

What I will curate
1. I will rarely if ever curate animations, sorry
2. I will curate games and models that show good scripting few glitches and such
3. Any project that is good and fun that has also pushed scratch boundries to expand the knoledge of us scrtchers today.
4. I will NEVER curate project that brake rules for scratch projects to be featured NEVER

About my gallery "When im curator"
My gallery when im curator was made to help give me a base for being a curator (f i ever got elected) . This gallery has about 2full pages of projects. If you go there and think,"wait this doesnt deserve to be curated" thats ok because the projects put there are nominees by me, they dont in any way  reflect exactally what i will curate. I would like to become a curator. The things about scratch and what I like that I would curate are Complex Games/ Animations.

I would really like to be a curtator. I have some cool projects that aren't really popular that I'd like other peoplt to know about.

Four months to be replied back from your submission, kayybee? I'm just curious because I've been anxious and waiting for a month already. My hopes of becoming a curator are nearly dying, but nevertheless, I'll be happy if someone would reply of my question above. 

Me too. 3 and a half months.

I want to be a curator to help people who make cool games publicize them.  I worked really hard for a week on a video game that has got FIVE VIEWS IN SIX DAYS.  I want good games to get publicized, not little animations that take two minutes to make.

I want to be a curator, because i have seen many, great, unpopular projects that desrerve some fame. I have experience with being curated, and now i get good comments like awesome and fun. projects that are like that are ones i want to curate. I am very responsible, i visit scratch.mit every day. I would want to promote good unpopular projects of animations, games, and jokes. I will need music, few glitches, and it to be entertaining for me to curate. i also wont curate silly projects that have one sprite and a 'forever' script. I will be a great curator.

what do you mean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  1s1s's and 1s1s1c's are the most advanced amazing projects on scratch just think of line by rhy 1s1s adventure buy scratchn8 these are amazing projects!!!!!!!!!!! why wouldnt you curate them

Different Scratchers have their own types of projects they would like to curate. There's no need to over react.
