You can take a look at this tutorial project for some good ideas...

I would say... Look on the galleries page and look for places where people allow everyone to post a project. If your project is in that catagory, post it. Also try to post in the show and tell sections of the forums, as coolstuff already said.

Try joining a critique group. And, though my group is currently empty, you could consider mine...
For critique group info, click the "Critique groups!" thing in my sig. For my gallery, click "here".

The link to that is broken. You misspelled it
You can get more people to look at your projects by posting about them on Show & Tell, and once you get 50 posts, advertise on your signature.

What are you talking about!? I just fixed it!!!

Go to the sticky PlanetX made. I forget the name, but lots of people (including me) put help there....

There are several ways to get more views on your projects.
1. Place plenty of tags, but don't overdo it! (Funny of me to say that, my Star Wars Sprite Collection has over seventy tags).
2. Get plenty of friends who like to view your projects. This way, they'll view the new projects you make (Again, I don't do this either. I have only five friends).
3. Place your projects in plenty of galleries, especially the ones that fit your projects. (I've only added some of my projects to just two galleries, and it's probably going to stay that way).
4. Advertise in the Show and Tell area in the forums. People like to look there, and if they see something good they'll view it probably. (Surprise, surprise, I've never posted in the Show and Tell area yet. Or I soon will.)
5. Ignore these suggestions completely. (I only do number 1, you know).
Funnily enough, I get plenty of views.

Yeah it will.

I would suggest leaving other comments on other projects. Asking other people to check out your projects is sometimes considered spam.

Try making an ad banner for your game in Scratch, Photoshop, MSPaint, Gimp, or whatever image editor you use, and then code it into your forum signature, with a link below it. You can also use the show and tell boards.
