Yeah you're right, you looks so professional, I think I'll make the orange/black background a little different and add shadows to Cube Guy.

Cube Guy seems to be quite flat and non-gradienty, I think you should get rid of all gradients in your banner and stick to solid colors. Also, get rid of the frame. Don't use black. Definitely change the font. Diagonal lines might add to the composition nicely, too many vertical lines make it look dull. Don't get too carried away with detail, that's the least important part in this banner.

Thanks, these are some great tips, I didn't understand the part with the diagonal lines :p.
I guess I wont use gradients and when I think about it cube guy looks weird as a ghost in this banner

Kind of nice, but ii might look better if cube guy was moved a little to the left making a small gap between the diagonal line and himself.
