i have to agree, but this is still a good idea in my opinion. But as has already been said, Some computers might not be able to handle it since one scratch project uses up a lot of RAM.

As in, there's multiple tabs in Scratch, so you can work on different projects at different times, take Mozilla Firefox as an example, there's different tabs that open different websites, I think this should also be implemented.
Please consider this.

You can, even on a Mac. Just go to the Scratch folder in the applications folder. Then click on "scratch.image". Each time, you click on that file, a new window of Scratch comes.
