i dunno how 2 upload my project!
i wanna upload it, but it keeps sayin that it is to big, wut should i do?

Scratch servers are not allowing to upload anything because the server had a delay.Since you are a new member dont let this give you a bad impression on scratch.Scratch is great and the chances this happens are 1 to10000 (not really but happens rarely).Wait a while and come back and hopefully scratch will be back online.

It could be a server problem...as mentioned above...or, you may have a file that is actually too big. There is a file size limitation of 10 mb to what can be uploaded to the server. You can get to that file size pretty quickly if your project has a lot of music in it.

I think it is a server problem because I uploaded a project only with one Scratch cat and it said the file was to big.

As of the moment, there is a server failure. If this happens in the future, there's a 99.9% chance that it's an overlarge project.

98% is way too much. It's at least 99.99%
Think of it this way - the occurrences are not monthly, but maybe once every four/five months. 98% implies that there's 14 hours server messup each month - which is certainly not true.
