I noticed that my newest project won't publish. When I start to publish it says: "Failed: project might be too big (maximum is 10MB.)"
This is annoying because my project is pretty small and it still says that.
I tried:
*Taking the music off
*Compressing the images to minimum
*Putting as many blocks as possible in one script
*Using sample colours instead of custom ones
*Taking few extra functions off
*Deleting sprites
And it's STILL not working!
What else should I try?

Yes, there was a server delay. For the next few hours you probably won't be able to upload projects. It's not your project, it's the server.
Ive only seen this happen once other than today.
I've seen it happen a few times - remember, I've been on Scratch for over a year.

I've been on Scratch for 3 weeks but it is quite simple since I have learned other programing launguages before!
