What is the difference between Pokemon Diamond and Platinum Disscusion
Well here you can discuss what you think the difference between Pokemon Platinum and Diamon is.All that I think is the difference is that you trainer gets new clothes,distortion world,Wifi is designed differently and that is about it.What do you think?

hmmm... you have...
The new Battle Frontier and Distortion world,
There are small and BIG changes to the story line,
New forms of pokemon,
And sinnoh dex has been expanded to let all the trainers have the new evolutions from diamond/pearl.
Overall, it's a pretty different game for an expansion. O_O

A load of differences:
Trainer is designed differently
slightly updated graphics
New pokemon sprites
Sinnoh Dex now includes electivire etc.
Longer storyline
New Pokemon Formes (Giratina origin forme, shaymin sky forme, etc.)
Move Tutors
Battle Frontier
You can record bbattles on the DS.
New Wifi things
e.g. A huge database of everyones battle videos
Wifi Plaza
Basically, Platinum is a huge upgrade to diamond and pearl. In essentiality it is the same game, but play it through and you'll notice the difference.

You're missing something: Wii Message option(which sends a message to your Wii when your trade through the GTS happens).

1. Distortion World
2. Battle FRONTIER
3. Able to meet the rival's father
4. Both trainers have warmer clothing, Dawn(girl) and Lucas(boy)
