it allows you to directly bind the keys of the wii controller to any key on the keyboard and if you have the sensor bar activated ontop of the display, allows you to bind ONE of the controllers to the mouse. (BTW, the new interface to remote buddy is really a annoying to use. you have to basically create a custom action in the action factory, and then make a new catagory package, compile and install it, and then it will show up allowing you to bind to specific keys. but remote buddy is the most reliable app)
if you are on a PC GlovePIE is the most versatile

but hard to use
WiinRemote works

but no mouse interface, just buttom mapping, but allows you to grab accelerometer readings

Hi,
I have been working on the problem of using a WiiMote to control Scratch programs more directly, using the the new remote sensor stuff. This basicaly means you can get the angles and button presses directly into Scratch no mapping through GlovePIE.
If you have a pc a wiimote and a bluetooth dongle this is now possible, although not easy just yet (The code I have written does not yet have a simple install process but I'm sure that will change soon).
If you check out my post on Scratch Forums you can find the code.

I want to make the link between the PC and the wiimote;
Are all these links guaranteed safe? And are these still your recommended sites or do you have new recommendations.
