shall I create the scratch viewing treaty

the scratch viewing treaty is a system that rewards in the process of rewarding others, the concept is if you join this you MUST view others projects, but what this gives to you is a guarantee that others will view your projects too, what projects they choose to look at is not controllable same with what they think of the project, they will just view projects, this topic is not the actual scratch viewing treaty it is just saying if you want me to make this

You should. But how do you know if they've seen any of your projects? Maybe one rule should be that you have to comment on the projects you go to

Well, I think that forcing people to view projects isn't exactly the greatest way to go about doing stuff like this.
