game help

What do i need to make this game be (more) playable? it's glitched so what do i need to make it unglitched? here's the link: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/beny/36061

more people like the letter B than the letter A!

Well what do you want to happen? Make it ungliched isn't specific.
