I was checking my messages, and noticed that on one of my projects, Slimy 2, it said it was remixed from archmage. I clicked on the link to archmage's version, but it said it didn't exist. I asked archmage, and found out neither of us have ever downloaded a project from the other. And now, every Slimy variation, whether it be levels from the contest, or updates of the sequel, says it was remixed from archmage's project. Personally, I feel it's just taking away credit from the origional makers of the game. Why is this occurring?

Look through his coding and yours, I think if the code is similar, that may be why it thinks it's a remix.

I noticed something similar on one of my projects today...a linkage that really didn't make any sense. Looks like something that needs to be investigated further. Please post any other examples you find to this thread. I'm moving it to Troubleshooting.

I think it might be because there was that one day where the remix system didn't work the scratch team may have tried and fix it but got some of the links wrong.

Look at this project: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/bosox397/469166 It says I remixed the project, but gives you a link to the exact same problem. I know thats because I edited it, but still it's kind of a bug I guess.
