Scratch

There's something wrong. Before, I was able to make Scratch Projects, but one day, I tried to open Scratch and a window popped up saying,

"The item 'Scratch.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly"
"Do you want to delete this shortcut?"

And then the buttons "yes" and "no"...

I have NO idea what to do. Why is it that all of a sudden I can't open Scratch? >..< I REALLY want to make projects again, so please help.
