I want to make a Scratch Academy with my cousin (ya know who) but, what is the perfect forum for it?

It sounds really interesting - what would the Scratch Academy be? Is it a learning place? A role playing game? It's intended function might help determine where it belongs. But don't worry about it too much - it's easy to move a post from one forum to another. Scratch on!
