Scratch

Can you make the next version of Scratch support audio format such as AAC and M4A and can there be a way to turn video files into sprites with the following script:
<when green flag clicked>
<switch to costume[ costume1
<forever>
<wait( seconds between a frame )secs>
<next costume>
<end>
<when[ stop sign ]clicked>
<stop all>
